I have organised a meeting to go to Wernigerode in former East Germany in early May where there are others welcome to join us.
The crossing is on Thursday 7th of May late afternoon from the UK to The Netherlands via the Eurotunnel were we stay for one night before setting off to Germany via the unrestricted motorways.
Return on monday back to The Netherlands from where we cross back to the UK on tuesday morning. Some are staying on longer in Germany.
We have done a similar trip in 2005 to the same Harz region which was great.
