Most likely welded over the start of split with tyre on needs cutting down the split before welding if you want any hope of success .

Maybe, I can't say though, as was before they were with me. The pressure is staying in the tyre..

No trouble , i had a set on my last Z ( E86) & they looked great if i had the time to do something with your 3 id make you a bid but right now i'm struggling to get 10 mins to myself
