found a few on eBay. I just find it a bit weird that they all come from Latvia. I know people there break cars, but this isn't that kind of a part.

Have a look at the feedback rating for the seller in Latvia. There’s a couple of bits I want that he has, but their feedback rating puts me off them.
Has anybody used them?

They seem to buy up lots of “new old stock” from dealers in Germany. I’ve bought quite a few smaller bits from Latvia and all have been genuine BMW parts when they’ve arrived.

Sorry, just noticed this post.

My local(ish) dealer was offering keyrings for £10. I picked one up myself around ~6/8 weeks ago, it might be worth giving them a call to see if they are still on offer?
