Sorry to be the pedant here but I know the op is a stickler for getting all details correct
Wouldn't there be a boot spoiler needed to make this a " full " aerokit ?

The aerokit (aerodynamic package in BMW's words) "consisting of front apron, extended side skirts and rear apron diffuser"

The spoiler is a separate part, not part of the kit at all.

Re. the rear bumper, the diffuser piece that sweeps upwards/ outwards from the bottom of the bumper is that a moulded part of the bumper (integral) or is it mechanically fixed on? For instance can this piece be removed & fitted onto a facelift bumper?

it's removable yes. A section is cut out of the original bumper though. I'm not sure on "compatibility" with a facelift rear bumper if that's what you have though?

This is my rear bumper do you think with a little fettling I could get your diffuser to fit on mine? Ignore the exhausts issue I can get the body shop to sort that

I really wouldn't know as I've never played around with body mods before. Anything is possible for those more talented

You mean the whole bumper? Yes to the bumper but no to just the diffuser part as the bumper is cut behind for it so I can't sell it separately.

I've had expected enquiries about just the side skirts and just the front bumper so if I can get sales on everything at the same time then I am happy to split..
