Doesnyone know the best place to get hold of one of these and also has anyone changed one. Easy enough job or should I leave it to an expert. Thanks Jay

Yes that's the one 
There has been quite a bit about the GM5 on the forum connected to central locking faults, it seems you have options
1) Buy a replacement but it will need coding to your car
2) Remove yours which doesn't seem very difficult (remove glove-box and pull out) and send off for a repair which involves de-soldering and replacing small relays
3) Remove and repair yourself if you are handy with a soldering iron, the parts are very cheap and how-to videos are reasonably clear on the process
