Gearbox oil ????

So e89 with manual box on 120k fancy treating it to new oil , what do we recommend? Would like to reduced notchiness if possible , also quantity needed
 
When I had the fluid changed in my E86 my Indy used 2 litres of MTF LT2, but I think it only takes about a litre and a half. May depend what engine and gearbox combo you have though.

If you want to reduce notchiness it's well worth removing the Clutch Delay Valve if you haven't already.
 
Best i used was Redline MT-LV. 2 quarts needed.
Also tried adding some liqui moly, can't say that made any difference.
temperature is the most significant factor.
My cars box nice at 12 to 15 degrees C
