Gear and Diff Oil

Hi all, I'm looking to do a gearbox and diff oil change as part of my next service when the weather picks up. I've done some research but it's a minefield and I'm more confused than to begin with :rofl:

It's a 2007 3.0si

I'm was thinking of using Red Line MT-90 but it doesn't seem to meet BMW requirements? If not Opie Oils suggests Castrol Syntrax Longlife 75W-90?

Does the diff fluid need to be different?
Can someone confirm the capacity of gearbox and diff please?

i used

RED LINE Synthetic Gear Oil 75W-90 GL5 - 1 US Quart (0.946 litre) x 2 (only used one in end) my diff didnt have a drain plug so had to syphon as much as i could out)

Im presuming manual gearbox?
Fuchs TITAN SINTOFLUID SAE 75W-80 synthetic manual transmission fluid - redline do a equivelent

Gearbox oil - 2l (LT3 oil)
Diff oil - 1l (SAF-XO)
