Thank you so much for pretty much everything, well where can I start:
Reception – Such a lovely lady (Forgotten her name, sorry!) who is professional , friendly and has a wonderful telephone manner!
Mechanics – Superb and meticulous about their customers cars, as well as their own. These guys deserve a massive thank you . In my case John, who obviously know’s his onions!
Workshop – well this is the ‘other home’ for the guys, and being an ex engineer (Tool Maker) it is great to see the guys look after their place of work.
Enthusiasm – I can honestly say all the staff at GCS are great, all give the confidence that you are dealing with a well oiled team (excuse the pun)
Director – last but certainly not least. A true gentleman who tells you the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, sincere and totally customer focused.
I am so glad that I dropped in to GCS when a warning light popped up, yes I only wanted some oil but you noticed an issue and being a car guy I trusted your instincts. The offer of next day service with a free courtesy car to ‘have a look’ was an obvious yes.
After leaving GCS my car is now as it should be, I can honestly say it feels perfect.
