gauging interest - potentially selling front headlights

from a 2004 (pre-facelift) but without the orange indicators as they are coming off a 3.0i.

I am debating buying these for myself:

if I do, then these will be up for sale:

would be looking at £225 posted for the pair which I think is a fair price and below going rate from what I can see. There is a little clouding on one of the lenses but nothing a bit of toothpaste wouldnt sort out. I also have one new back cover from bmw to ensure a good seal on one side. the buyer might want to buy a second cover from the stealer to make sure both sides have good sealing. (£13 new from a dealer)

so, any interest? if someone is happy to confirm for definite then I will go ahead with the purchase of mine and can ship these out within a week or so (will need time to swap out the new ones i buy)

EDIT: these are halogen lights with black innards and clear indicator lenses. I have been using an aftermarket HID kit with them which cost me about £100 or so and it works perfectly well with the projector cutting the beam very nicely.

Unless I am reading that wrong you are offering £225 for a set of clear halogen headlights?

These can go from upwards of £150 each, or £400+ for a set which are much rarer

PS BMW Sopers currently sell these new for £800+

If you are after AE's you would be better of splitting your existing lights. I'm sure people have reported issues with some of the aftermarket lights.

Agreed! Cut 'em up, thats what I did with mine! These after market lights look and feel cheap and nasty.... don't do it!

I have the ebay aftermarket headlights and they are good quality but the Halos are no good in bright daylight (amazing when it gets darker).

If I had clear headlights like these I would not sell them, I would fit the Halo kits from the internet which would give a far brighter Halo during bright sunshine.

thanks for the recomendations all.

based on comments i think i am going to keep these instead. cheers all.
