Gauge cluster swap from E46 or Z3 into E85/86 Z4?

I suspect I know the answer to this is unlikely to be positive, but has anyone tried to do a gauge custer swap over from an E46, a Z3 or another variant into the E85/E86 Z4?

I really like the classy look of the E46 or Z3 gauges with the chrome trim ring and really think the Z4/E85/E86 has "cheap" looking gauges.

I figure this is unlikely to be successful due to the mileage / tamper dot in addition to mechanical fitament and electrical differences but thought I'd ask to see if there's another nut job out there like me thinking about this :D

If you want to change the frame you need to virginize the frame and enter the km of the LCM central unit. you need a programmed If what you want is to change the markers or spheres and others, it is to disassemble change and that's it
