Garolla doors

Has anyone used Garolla garage doors?

I had them fitted a few weeks ago and already one has developed a fault - it sounds like a relay bouncing and the door refuses to lift.
I could use the crank handle if I need to get the car out

Have I fallen foul of my buy cheap/buy twice Mantra?
 
Never heard of them but must be under warranty - get them back to sort and warm then one more error and its rejection time
 
They are still under warranty only fitted early March.
The fitter is coming out next week- I got the impression he wasn’t happy - that’s tough !

They were £950 each - I just hope I haven’t bought junk!
 
That does sound very cheap though, I paid £2400 each for 6 doors and a bit more for the double door.

I had to adjust one a bit as it would be too sensitive for the object detection sensor. Never bothered getting the fitters back as I think I can work it out better than they seem to be able.

I think I've broken my rule - 'Buy cheap and buy twice'
 
Update:-

The fitter is coming out to replace the motor assy on Monday.
He said that he had only replaced 3x in the years he has supplied and fitted them.

Update 2:-
New motor and Gearbox fitted and it’s all tickety boo!
