"Garage" addon

I've seen this used on a few other car sites, and thought it was pretty cool:

It allows you to have a "garage" attached to your profile, where you can store pics of your cars, lists of mods, etc etc etc..
Might be a cool thing to add, as although we've got a gallery, it's a more "organised" way of storing and updating your own car info.

Ah this is a good idea. They had it on another forum i use. I like it.
 
It is something we could consider, but hosting images is something we have tried to avoid from the start. I will have a think about a possible way to manage it and see if it would be easy to implement.
 
I could probably modify the addon so that it hosted via a freehost like imageshack?
failing that, I'm sure I could offer image hosting on one of my webservers....?

edit: crap.. just revealed I'm a net nerd... bugger.

In this day and age, with home invasions to steal luxury car keys etc, its a move I'd be careful with.

I dont mind having some details and the odd pic in posts, but I dont want to help build a "shopping list" for car thieves. :fuelfire:
