Gaptech won't work

I had my gaptech on my last preface lift car. Fitted in 10mins worked 1st time. No issues at all.
Took it off as I was selling the car.
Now got my new 07 plate fitted it as per the instructions, just like last time but nothing. Took it all off, fitted again & still nothing.
I'm not using the original scotch locks but that can't be the issue can it?
Anyone any ideas?

Yeah, I would say you've probably not got a connection in one of the joints, and if nothing at all, it's either the Pos or Neg, rather than one of the input wires
Can you solder them ?

Bit beyond my skill set tbh.
Think I'll just buy the smallest scotch locks I can find & hope for the best.
