GapTech module died after flat battery

Hey guys, has anyone had a similar issue? GapTech roof module was doing fine before. Recently I had a flat battery because I didn't drive it for a week or 2. After recharging, the GapTech module doesn't work anymore... Anything else seems to work fine. Any ideas?

Mine went into transport mode after a flat batt, and same as you the gaptec functions have stopped working even though transport mode has now been cleared. I was planning to pull the switch panel out again and check connections are still good so will be interested if the thread sheds any light first.

off topic: how can you see when the car got in transport mode?

Some of the electronic functions shut down, for me it was the air con and rear glass heater. Also the blowers will only operate at a very low rate.

Do you have to program anything when the Gaptech is installed? With some other roof modules (such as Xcarstyle) all settings are lost if the power is lost ... :?
