See, one of the things I love about this forum, it's both fun and educational.

So Eddard lied - didn't see that coming.... Aad I always wondered how GRRM was going to handle the Tower of Joy reveal with all the protagonists dead...
 
I'm still on the first book, albeit obsessed with the tv show...

I heard an interesting theory that Jon and Danny were brother and sister

And he was the 'ice' and she was the 'fire' relating to the title

And that their mother was not some whore, and that maybe eddard rescued jon and separated them. Not saying that eddard is Danny's father too

Anyway my facts aren't all there, just putting a theory across..

Not brother & sister and not Eddard - no spoilers here but google R+L=J for the most likely scenario

The TV series seems to be moving in that direction but it's possible that they've done that as it's a popular fan theory and GRRM has other ideas for the books - he's already said that now the books and TV series have diverged they will continue to do so and may not necessarily converge again....
 
Unburnt and naked. Again. Awesome. She really gets some of the best moments in the story. The whole thing is kicking off - there's going to be some serious killing soon. Love it :thumbsup:
 
Loved the interplay between Brienne and Tormund over the meal. Very funny :) Oh and totally agree on the Daenerys' storylines :thumbsup:
 
An episode just isn't long enough! Can't wait for so many of the story lines to unfold but you only get a tiny glimpse each week. loved it when Danerys was going round city by city conquering the world and looking like we might get more of that.

With an Unsullied infantry and Dothraki cavalry, plus 3 dragons, her only opposition has got to be the White-walker army :)
