Galaxy S3 Bluetooth?

Sorry Eddy, I couldn't find this thread again haha!

Ok then no need for video - indeed I simply paired the phone. However to be fair, the first time I paired it, things didn't go so well. I had to turn off BT on the phone and take the key out, turn BT back on on the phone and then start the car again.

Worked first time on my iPhone, which is annoying.

To confirm, I'm using a Galaxy S3 on the Three network. The phone is running 4.1.2 of 'Droid, SMP datestamp Apr 12 2013, kernel 3.0.31-1071725.

Thanks for the replies guys, I have read else where that the S3 uses a newer version of Bluetooth than most other phones, hence my fascination with versions (mine is on Vodafone running 4.1.2 kernel 3.0.31 - 742798). It sounds like a stock S3 might work (contemplating flashing my phone to see). Until then I will keep trying to repair it every now and then to see if the phone book will ever work correctly.
