Great looking ride man! I've seen pictures of it before, but still can't get over how clean it is. The ACS front lip is still one of my favorites! Wheels are fantastic -- they remind me of the factory 3.0i ellipsoids, but in a polished, deep-dish design. And of course, they show off those brakes very nicely.

Well, of course it's his car and he does what makes him happy as does anyone.
But in my opinion, as well as others', the eyelids just take away. There comes a point where too many mods take away from originality and the car starts losing its special appeal. These are beautiful cars as a matter of opinion of course, and too many mods are like a beautiful house with too much crap going on in the front yard. After a certain point, all you see is the landscaping and various extras and miss the house - which should be the center of attention.
If it floats your boat, I always say go for it of course. Different strokes! But now those wheels...:drool: ...excellent mod that enhances the overall sleekness and beauty of the car. It gives as opposed to taketh away. As always, it's just a matter of opinion...and you're gonna get that here!

To be honest, your car, with ACS front/rear lower spoilers, and ACS side deflectors (but minus the ACS badges & with different rims) is the look I wanted to pull off on my '04 3.0i. But I fell short after getting the ACS side deflectors & ACS exhaust.
Looks good. Always appreciate a nicely modded Z4.

I sold my ACS deflectors a long time ago (and I did get the chrome kit and IMO it's over-rated). Have you thought about "painting" the chrome finish? To me the ACS chrome kit is so expensive that it's just robbery. If you talk to your local reputable bodyshops and they should be able to paint the chrome finish. Personally, if I were to get the ACS deflectors again, I'd paint the gills black, or maybe even use those carbon fiber stickers, which can look pretty real.
