….for what you can get in the boot :D Just returned from a most fabulous week in the Scottish Borders and I couldn’t believe how much we got in the boot.

Two cabin sized suitcases, telescope, drone, cool bag, laptop, coats, boots and shoes

I love my car, it is practically flawless in what it does and I am constantly surprised by how good it is

Sorry! Saw the title and spat my wine out!
It is a well known fact that fatter people have bigger arses, but it doesn't give them royal status. :D

[ref]enuff_zed[/ref], hey :poke: you saying I’ve got a big butt

I am not qualified to answer that, but I think your car may have.
(Squirming now! )

You’re only jealous because I don’t have to make a choice between either packing more than an overnight bag or having the top down :P

Ah but I raised two kids with only a 2.8i Capri so I'm the world Tetris champion of car packing. :D

Bet the Z4MC I owned would have given it a run for its money - but in terms of Zed roadsters and a functuonality perspective I suspect you post title is probably correct.

Unfortunately I subscribe to the form over function school of thinking which is why I drive an E89 over a G29 - well that and the case of a missing £20k

I have good practice at packing convertibles. Used SLK to move to Germany and back, moved some stuff from another country too (huge vase travelled on passenger seat across Europe). Took many euro trips and camping trips in Abarth 124, so Z4 is really easy to pack. And if running out of space, light stuff can be put under the roof.

Ooooo burn! Spot on though.

Toured Ireland on an FZ600 for a week back in the 80's and carried enough to get by. Pack smarter. :D

Of course I didn't need 7 bags of make up (Que Pondy, with, "actually you do") hair straighteners, hair dryer, 37 shades of nail polish, 145 bikinis, enough jewellery to buy Ratners, 207 mix and match outfits, 700 pairs of shoes, etc, etc, etc. :P

BA give you 23kgs allowance on long haul, in cattle class. Before I started leaving my scuba gear with friends in Barbados, after packing it I had 8kgs left and still managed enough clothes etc for two weeks.

It's a fundamental law of physics that a woman's requirement expand exponentially with the amount of luggage space available. :D

Yeah, my private jet is awaiting some parts, about 350,000 to be honest.

There was your mistake.
It is common knowledge that the 2.0L laser was much better at bottle feeding and changing nappies than the 2.8i :D

That doesn't make sense in any form.
Well done for staying true to your ethics.
