Crept down to £34k now for the M40i, and only delivery miles on this one :erm:

I knew they'd depreciate fairly heavily but not quite this much in only 8 months! I hope not too many people have paid full list price...

I look on Autotrader every week and keep an eye on these. Ive just seen the blue one this evening and if it only has 65 miles then that’s very cheap indeed. Even though it’s a bright colour combo, the spec is good.

I was looking at this one and it only has 65 miles on the clock, do you think it is such a low price due to the weird colour combination (i.e. blue with orange interior) - I actually quite like it but I do think its kind of an odd choice.... or possibly the location

Was there not someone on here ordered one in that colour scheme?
I seem to remember a comment something to do with Superman colours.

Could be. Or that it’s not a car they would usually sell in a dealership in Scotland. Perhaps not their target market. Mine had been at the dealers for 7 months as their demo and nobody test drove it. So I got it with 10.1 miles on it.

The interior is actually red. It just looks very bright and almost orange in the pictures. I’m not a fan of the ‘crayola’ blue in any case so it certainly wouldn’t be my choice. Cheap though, given what they are new...

I'm sorry, but to say it's a sensational looking car is a bit of a stretch.

Out of curiosity, what do you consider to be a sensational looking car?

Oof - where to start...the ///M Coupe  Lancia Stratos...Lotus Exige...F40...DB5..Alfa 8C. Those are just off the top of my head, and totally subjective. I just don't think the new Zed falls into that category based on my own views and general opinion. Like I said, I've not heard anyone say that about the way it looks..in fact, more the opposite.

Incredible value really.... shame the road tax is nearly £500 a year due to its value (don't get me started on that). That really grated me with my Z4M as a second car.

Hello...and 1st post ;)

I put a deposit down on that M40i.
Not sure about the colour combo as not seen in the flesh yet - but such a good price.
Booked to look/test tomorrow.

Welcome to the forum  Hope the test drive goes well, and don't forget to post some photos if you buy it

So I didn’t even drive the car...as I the colour combo is not nice (sorry)..
however I did walk away with an order for a Frozen Grey with options and a very good deal...
The dealership were very good and no nonsense.
Should get it in a couple of weeks.

Good choice. I think the blue with red interior is a very brave choice and not something that would appeal to many. I ended up choosing black with the blue exterior as I wasn't sure about the other colours.

Anyway, Pictures are required when you get the new one!

They had a Blue / Black i20 in the showroom - it really made the decision much easier not to go for the pre reg Blue / Red that I had the deposit on.

With E89s still being touted at £21k for a 2015/2016 model it’s a strange world...
