Future Z4 owner! hello!

Hello from Prague, CZ! I am new to the forum, so here is a quick introduction. In about 20 days I will become a proud owner of a BMW Z4. Can´t wait for the car to arrive, it has to arrive - otherwise I will probably die of not sleeping enough because I spend most of my day and night looking at all sorts of tuning parts and car rewiews. :) It´s a 2,5i with grey-silver mettalic, manual, almost full option. Next week im gonna go pick up a set of BMW M6 19" replica wheels to get the "inches on" look. I´m gonna hang out here now to get to know you all as well as the car - the purchase was a spur-of-the-moment thing. Took the test drive and knew I had to take her home. :roll:

Now dont forget to post some pictures as soon as you pick up your Z4, otherwise you will only get ......

Nope, to be honest. ( that also influenced my choice) Most people here see 2 seat roadsters as being too unpractical - which is true, but luckely I have a Touareg for da big stuff so this wasn´t one of my "choosing-a-car" criterias.
First of all, I wanted to get the Honda S2000 - for it´s vTEC violence, the perfomance was awsome, but I would have to invest too much time and money into the car in order for it to look good.
The second one up was the Mazda RX8, which I was reccomended by folks because of it´s ability to have 4 people on-board. I took the test drive and the car was awsome, except for the 17l/100km consumption, reliability issues and the fact that the car is lazy below 6000rpm.
Well, yesterday, I was cruising down the street, having nothing to do I wanted to check out the new BMW X5. Thats when I noticed a used 2.5i Z4 for a nice price - so I took a test drive and there we go... In 2 weeks shes mine.

ooops sorry that I posted in the wrong forum. Now I noticed the "newbie" section. :driving: I am sure that I have had made a better choice. This car compared to the S2000 works like clockwork (only thing that the Honda is better at is the raw power and aggressivity) and still manages to get a decent MPG unlike the RX8. Yep, I already am loving it. The test drive was enough for me... 8) Ill hang around till she arrives and when she does, I will supply ya´ll with pics!
