Just a weird one and it might just be me but.......why is the forum clock telling me I am posting an hour in the future, and if so why haven't I been able to get the right numbers on the lotto ?

You need to change it in your own profile settings ! I wondered why for weeks until i saw it in a post :)
 
User CP - board preferences - summer time / DST in effect - select 'no'
