Fuel pump control module location? Not anywhere in trunk...

I am really puzzled. Fuel pump control module does not respond in the ISTA diagnostics software.
But I am unable for find the module at all. Checked the entire trunk area. Right side behind the wheel arch should be the location, but nothing there.

Picture below is from the ISTA documentation. There is a cable coming out of the fuel tank (?) and running to the module. Module is for sure not there.


Real cable. Enters the wire harness, which looks very original to me.



So where is the EKPS / Fuel pump control module?

Maybe found the answer...... just no EKPS installed. Not sure if perplexity.ai is right though. Will keep looking.
