Fuel leak issue

Hi, everyone! I'm new here and have an issue with my 2003 leaking fuel from the main fuel supply line. It's cracked and I'm not sure how to fix it. BMW does not currently make/offer this line, even in Germany, so I'm not sure what to do at this point. I'm afraid if I attempt to cut out the leaking section, it'll crack more of the line to where I can't repair it. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Thank you!

I assume its a metal pipe? You can buy rubber or PVC petrol safe fuel pipe from almost any car spares shop (or even Ebay) and just make up a complete new line. You can even buy copper which is more original but perhaps harder to work with.

The pipe is factory plastic. It’s not so much the pipe itself that’s the problem, though it’s part of it, but the ends are molded to the pipe as well and are unique. I have though about using hose clamps to install a section of rubber line where the leak is, but not real comfortable with smooth pipe and no raised areas to prevent the hose from possibly slipping off.

You could try 10mm copper central heating pipe and solder brass olives at each end to form the raised ring to help retain the pipe into the rubber connection that gets clamped onto the joint.
