Fuel flap actuator

Hi,can someone verify if my actuator black rod is broken it looks short to me also the black piece it goes into also looks shorter than the part on real oem.Thanks.

Yea that was how mine looked when it broke. You can pick up a used one on eBay for like $30, even if the electronics on the used one is broken you can just swap the arm over.

Pic of the Acuator ....the Green bit is the manual release which is behind the Carpet next to the Tailight ( many are unaware its there )
