Why are we not rioting? Howay man... :?
By the time the petrol lands on our forecorts after it has been pumped out of the ground It is probably worth 50-60p per litre. Add on the Tax+VAT and hey presto it costs around £70 to fill your motor.
Moored Tankers off our shores waiting until fuel prices go higher and higher..

The above article gets my goat, however aside from that. When VAT goes back up (17.5%), I can see the price of unleaded heading for 130p per litre.
I would happily pay £1.00 per litre, but as I see it creeping up and up it seems no-one really gives a s**t…
When a new government comes in, will fuel prices go down? who knows..?
