Fuel cap link help

you on about the fuel line that runs from the tank to the engine, the scavenging line that runs the opposite way, or the plastic tube from the tank to the filler cap?

i think i seen somewhere that you have to buy a new cap as they dont sell the rubber link by itself ,hope im wrong i need one too

oh wait.. the little rubber bit on the actual filler cap?

if so, it's only sold with the cap.
cap part number is 16117193384
