FS: Z4M Gruppe-M Intake

Hi all...

I'm selling my Gruppe-M intake that was fitted to my Z4M Coupe. It's in good condition, the filter has been recently serviced with the proper K&N filter servicing kit (and I will supply this with the sale). It comes complete, minus the bracing bracket. I found this wasn't necessary as the filter was held in place by design and location. I ran it for 6 years this way, so think that proves no issues! :)

Collection in Surrey preferred (though I work in Watford most days of the week so can meet near there also during working hours).

£400.
 
Wow, that's cheap for a Gruppe M! :thumbsup: Just to add, mine is also missing the bracket and is fine.

Not to sidetrack, but did Evolve sort out the heel and toe mapping issue with your carbon box?
 
Evolve airbox has been running for the last 6 months or so. I had to go elsewhere for a map as Evolve couldn't iron out the issues, but they dealt with it very well and refunded me the mapping element of the costs.

As for the price, I've priced it to sell as it's just sitting around now and taking up space, and not interested in a million-and-one offers.. :thumbsup:

Does the Gruppe-M actually give any noticable increase in power, or better delivery etc

Also how loud/intrusive is the intake roar when giving it the beans?

Evolve benchmarked it at around 10bhp on Flatout's Z4M a few years back now IIRC. They did a before/after dyno.

It's not as loud as a CSL intake, but about 70% there. That's the best way I can give you an idea. It's certainly not intrusive in a bad way, but you don't fit an intake if you want it to remain subtle/OEM.

I have one of these on mine....with this cold air we have got at the moment it does sound lovely. This is a relative bargain for someone.
