It would seem Royal Mail have helped themselves to this stubby...was sent 1st class nearly a week ago but has yet to arrive to Andy.

Not cool Royal Mail

Lost in post, never sent, backed out, ripped off?

Hopefully you didn't use the Paypal Gift method and you'll be covered.

Calm down mate, no one has been ripped off apart from me.

Calm down yourself lad, I listed the fact that 'was it lost in the post our seller backed out' as well as the negative ones.

Legit reasons for goods not being received, both good and bad, is it not?

Not good to start the accusations immediately before you know the full story and mentioning about paypal gift to insinuate that I will be keeping the money for myself and Andy will have to start a paypal dispute.

I send what feels like feck loads of post, around 10 envelopes a day, most is next say delivery but sometimes they f**k up and it takes a lot longer.....

What I'm trying to say is give it at least another week before you resign it to being completely lost, as much as people like slagging off RM, lost is a very very rare occurance, late or even very late is much much more common.... RM in their terms state they won't consider post lost for 14 days after the latest due date.....

Oh and if you are feeling impatient check out the eBay link I posted on the first page of this thread, they're cheap as chips brand new

No accusations, just basic reasons for goods not being received.
The fact I mentioned Paypal, gift or not, was to highlight the fact he may be covered for his losses.

Buying and selling is always weighted towards the buyer as the seller generally is out of pocket for lost goods, so, no accusations at all, just a simple ask for the reason he didn't receive the goods.

Apologies if I offended you in anyway, it wasn't intended that way but I see why you may have interpreted that it may have.

Thanks for the positive replies above ^

Thanks for the link. I'll wait a couple of weeks and if it doesn't turn up, I'll buy from here. :)

For those still wanting a stubby, I bought my last one direct from a Citroen dealer for about £6, part number 6561N3 (same as one pictured in the ebay link)
