No, I've never seen the car unwrapped. Rob (the previous owner, who I know) wanted a white one (he loved Sixspeeds car) but couldn't find one for sale. He decided to buy whatever was available with the right spec and have it wrapped. It was wrapped within a week of purchase from from the dealer.
The paintwork is graded by the people wrapping the car (totally dynamic) prior to starting the job. I have that report stating "A1 condition".
There's no effect on the paintwork from the adhesive, it's barely an adhesive at all as the surface attraction of the vinyl is pretty good. It's likely the paintwork under the wrap is in better condition than most others you'll find as it hasn't been exposed to the weather for 2years.
