Some sense has to be taken IMO. Number 5 has put these up for way less than they would go for on eBay so are way under market value.

I sold something on here openly for double what I paid for it. Just because I bought a bargain in 2008 cannot mean I have to sell for less in 2012, 4 years later. Hardly bought it with the intention to make a profit.

Buy one day and sell the next, then different story.

I'm not sure I 'tore' you apart - I very clearly expressed a personal opinion that lots of others disagreed with. I also apologised for any offence I may have given.
 
Well, I look at it this way....
I could whack these on ebay and get a higher price around £130 and just add a link on here. Instead, Ive offered them on here first for less to give forum members a chance if they want a set, (as people stated) Im not forcing anyone to buy them.
A one off set is never going to be the same price as a group buy, otherwise a group buy is pointless !

The Zed is my hobby and if I can make a couple of quid to help fund a few gallons of fuel now and then, selling surplus bits, it keeps the Wife happy (and me), rather than raiding the domestic funds for everything.

Nobody objects to Mr Wilks buying a set of tatty wheels, spraying them and making a couple of quid, to fund his fuel, etc, so I dont see the problem.

Id be stupid to sell them for £50, when I can get nearly treble that, so Ive tried to find some middle ground, but do appreciate the warning Badger.

Anyway,.... They're still for sale !

These covers are special Eddie, they have a homing device in-built for people who regularly get lost...

Really good price for someone on here, these would go for much more on eBay.

Regarding the previous comments re profiteering it does appear that all forum members are equal but some forum members are more equal than others.
