FS: Pristine 108's

Hmm.. £580.00p, for a used set, of 108's - ouch 
That looking at one of the pic's (number 3, in particular), were refurb'd at some stage and some might say, poorly
As the number, just below the wheel centre cap, (8), is very blurred and one would of hoped, if they'd been refurbished professionally, that - that would be crystal clear!!
Seems to me, that they may have been 'blown over' and it's difficult to see, if they have blown over the outer barrel / rim also..
One would of thought, nearer the £300-350 mark, for this set, potentially needing a Professional refurbishment, at some stage?
