I replaced it as there was a leak somewhere and kept misting up with water!
By the looks of it one of the brackets has been plastic welded back on too
The ballast on the bottom is one I bought recently. I must say i havnt had it running on the car so ballast hasnt been tested. My old one gave up the ghost and i replaced the headlamp just before the ballast came through (was searching for a decent price headlamp replacement and just happened to come the day after ordering the ballast of ebay!
