I will get them for use in the winter, that is when I really don't want to touch the car to dry it as it never gets really clean when it is freezing ... :D

I use a Honda leaf blower (4stroke so comfortable to use and start )to dry the cars.......gets 90% of water off after a filtered rinse.
Minimises the amount of drying contact

Bet the there's a bit of curtain twitching from the neighbours when you pull that bad boy out :lol:
 
I have a dedicated blower as well to dry the car, but when washing an X5 you stand there for about half an hour :)

Great for use when putting a car in storage though, gets all the water out of the mirrors, door edges etc etc :thumbsup:

I wasn't referring to the noise levels... I was referring to the fact that you are using a leaf blower to dry a car :rofl:

That I care ,I have a high hedge :driving: obviously I must have a complex re the noise :?

Mind you I did get odd looks when I lived in Devon on a quite busy main road especially the tourists :wink:
 
Everything I needed arrived yesterday so shall start making them tonight and get them sent out ASAP to those who have already ordered. If anybody else wants one I should be able to make a few more tonight and post them out Friday.

Hi,

They should not be used with a pressure washer, its for a final rinse with a hose pipe only.

Me too flimper, several people have bought them and I am hoping they are well received other wise I will have to get sell the Z and leave the forum I think :cry: .

Just for reference NONE of the commercially available filters on the market can be attached to a pressure washer :D
