Passenger occupancy sensor in not with the passenger seat as I had to use that in the conversion (swap with the one from your car onto these)
Not sure what these are worth?
I've had a look on eBay and there are a couple of sets for £295.
How is £250?
If upgrading from non heated / electric seats I may be tempted to swap the centre dash control unit (with heated seat control) for your non heated seat unit (again, not sure what this is worth - appreciate a realistic suggested figure!) seen a couple on eBay for £150 so make an offer for the swap 
Seatbelt catch is taken off too so you'll have to use the one of your original seats
