Looks good and about the right price.
Just check the warranty expiry date on your advert.

worth pointing out as potential purchaser's may not notice the one in the title.. glws
 
Hate to be that guy, but would honestly say your about £2000 overpriced. Muskas car a few posts down is very similar, and he bought that approved used from BMW for 10k in Jan/Feb iirc. Dunno what he got for it just now but presumably 9.5-10

I'd say 10,495 with room for 1k of haggling is more like it.
