Ok, so I have a complete piano black trim set that i'm going to sell on prior to selling the car. I was going to leave it in the car whilst i was driving it but may as well sell it now if there is a buyer.

The trim is current fitted to the car so it wont be available until next weekend (maybe some point the week after) when i swap it with the standard aluminium set.

But its first come first served. ( I also have a carbon leather dash piece and light switch piece that will be up for sale when i can get some pics)

Due to how rare these sets are I was thinking £400 for the set, please let me know if this is too much. Open to sensible offers.

Interested. All clips attached and all bits included? Nothing broken? No hole to turn airbag off just the sport button hole?

Hi,

All clips intact and nothing broken. no airbag hole just the sports button one. all 3 pieces in really good condition. with a polish would be great condition (which i will do)

I also have an extra black plastic hand brake surround and ash tray mount if that's any good.

U have any pics of them aswell mate? Also should the ashtray lid be gloss black to match?

Not of the plastics trim bud. They’re at the parents with some otter bits.

It’s not an ash tray, it’s jusy the plastics that screw to the centre piece. They’re not gloss black. Just standards black trim bits. I’d throw them in anyway if you was interested.

Where about are you?

North Yorkshire. And these are all genuine BMW piano black and not resprayed? Put up some pics when u can mate. Cheers

Yeah, they’re all genuine BMW OEM parts, not sprayed!

Not too far then! I’m only in Rotherham so I could drive over and help you fit them if you wanted 👍🏻

That’s an extremely nice offer I may take u up on that!

Well if you decide you want it I’d be happy to plan to come over 2 weeks today, if that suites.

For now its still for sale until a decision has been made :)

What are u planning on replacing them with? Saw your other thread you have a full carbon dash set and another piano black centre. I’ve got a carbon leather set.

I may stick the carbon in for a couple of month, I may just put the standard aluminium one in. I haven’t decided.

With the car only being a 2.0 when I sell it won’t be worth much so taking what I can sell separate off :)

Are you planning on keeping the full carbon one?

May sell may keep in case i change my mind later. If I were you I’d put the aluminium ones back in if ur set on selling like u say. A few more hundred in the pocket.

When u post up some more detailed pics of the piano ones for sale we can sort a date out to meet. All the best mate.

Surprised there hasn’t been more interest in this :)

Most likely due to the fact anyone can remove their trims and get them resprayed for about £200, at a guess.

Not really the same though is it.

Like when people spray the grey side covers black. I’d rather pay and have the real deal.

Always someone who will want OEM.

I’m going to have to pass on these synthedup as I have looked at what Work is needed to fit these and don’t feel like doing that to my car. Also want to keep the car pretty original to what was fitted factory and easily demodded if needs be. I really like the look of the piano black but can’t justify the time it would take to do.

GLWTS I’m sure someone will snap ur arm off and a lot of interest will be shown when more pics are up. Don’t let others knock you down. There’s always one.

Whilst i agree with you, piano black is piano black, regardless of who painted it.

Grey side covers painted black are different, as the actual covers are made from black plastic, not sprayed black.

Underneath piano black oem trims, i imagine they're made of the same stuff as my standard alu trims
