FS: Audi TT 2l TFSI 2007

As per the title, the familys Audi TT is up for sale.
Spec is as follows:
2l TFSI model with tiptronic (200hp)
37,000 miles
19" split rims, believe they are BBS, all tyres have good tread, slightly corroded
MOT just been done so a year left, 6 month tax
red leather interior
Service! is up on the dash, last service was 21st jan 2012, milage 34107 at AUDI
BOSE surround system
climate, aircon etc
6cd system
small dent under drivers side handle
looking for around offers welcome£12,000

Need an honest opinion on this car, am i asking to much? i just went by some auto trader prices.

Last service 3k ago but light on ? Was it reset at the time ?
The negatives of the dint & thought of refurbing split rim,s won,t help but that could set you back £300/£600 all in ?
No nav or electric seats also won,t help but in it,s favour are nice colour combo & low miles .
Have you tried WBAC just for a figure then start 15/ 20% over as a private sale

thanks for the reply, as for the service i don't actually no for myself as it was my mums car but she is not with us anymore, all i have it whats on paper, i shall look at WBAC

Just spoke to my dad about the service being up on the dash, we put a new battery on it recently as it wasn't holding its charge, it wouldn't have something to do with that?

And no i haven't DPG, dont think it will look right just to sign up to sell, probably will go on autotrader some time this weekend.
