I would genuinely join you for that for a laugh! There is a guide on here somewhere - appeared to be very easy to do.

It's not hard to remove them. You'd need to make sure that there is nothing else that is attached to them that could be affected by wind flow. I can't remember what is and isn't, but I guess the other thing to bear in mind is the sills form a seal with the door... So you may get wet feet... And the wind noise could be terrible.

Biggest problem is mrs w being with me as there's no way i can hide these

Have you not sourced a price from a BMW dealer in Spain ?
i would have thought 426Eur would be the price from France,Spain or Germany but its worth exploring the options for you closer to home
 
One final try with the dealers, a mate works for BMW in Brizzle so have asked him to ask his parts dept manager.

My bmw dealer tell me about 500euros and there are no stock now, its impossible to buy they told to me

Actually...... I haven't! Unfortunate circumstances mean that the buyer has pulled out, so these are now available again :driving:
 
as above, i purchased these last week off NMH and he was a top bloke aswell :thumbsup:

will be a few weeks until i manage to get them sprayed and fitted tho but will upload pictures once sorted :driving:
