HI all. Selling a set of 107s that I recently acquired from a guy who had upgraded to CSLs.
Was gonna use them to replace my 108s, but despite the poll I recently ran showing slightly more love for the 107s, having played about with the 2 sets on my car, I just seem to swing to the 108s each time. I think the 107s look great on a grey car, but on titan silver, there's just something about the 108s I prefer.
Anyway, I now have 2 sets of 108s, so looking to offload these 107s to a good home.
They are in reasonable condition as you can see from the pics. There's some bubbling around the wheel bolts on most of them, and one of them is carrying quite a few curb marks. They look pretty presentable from 5 or 6 feet, but if you are after an immaculate set on your motor, these will need a refurb (which will be much cheaper on these, than on 108s!!).
Tyres are budget brand on the rear, which are carrying approx 5mm tread, the brands are Gamma and Kormoran. Can't vouch for the longevity of them, but they gripped good and rode well when I fitted them for a couple of days.
Fronts are 1 x Bridgestone with approx 3mm left, and 1 x Continental with 6mm left.
Ideally collection from Stoke on Trent, but I do occasionally travel to the Gatwick area with work so can take them with me. Alternatively Paisley Freight will collect and deliver 4 18inch wheels and tyres for just under £40 (obviously buyer to sort this with them).
I've had a look at previous sales of these, both with and without tyres, and seem to go around the £300 mark?. No mad rush to sell, as I'm not short of space, but don't need them so they may as well get used.
