Fruits of several hours labour in the sun

After a bit of faffing about in the sun, me and the boys turned to some serious car cleaning and some modifying (of the M3 only)

This was the end result.

Went through 5 stages of washing, claying, paint cleaning, polishing and then waxing on all 4 cars excluding my smart which was already clean

Keep the stubby comment to yourselves, i'm a function over form man when functions counts

Great photos. I like the way the front brake disc fills the wheel, which by the way seem to be in pristine condition.

The stubby? Nah, I've been there in previous cars. Looked like an ambient temperature sensor in the wrong place.

I've cut my whip a bit, to be honest, but I'm still keen on keeping it.

Some crazy offset on the M, I presume?

That's some great work right here

I love the garage set up too - perfect for cleaning in any weather. Looking through the photos, that's a pretty feckin' impressive bar bill :o

Yup, square setup of 9.5J genuine CSLs all round with my 25mm spacers on the back and 275 tyres too.
Tyres will eventually be changed but he's happy with the look until coilovers and arch rolling done which should work.

My CSLs are sitting in my landing next to the coilovers.

Can't wait till they get fitted.

The garage is a blessing as it's underneath the building too which is great and i'm known for hogging all the space, but luckily I live in a nice area and all the oldies love taking an interest in what we do, as they'll always find some car in pieces and tools everywhere.
Neighbour owns a Z3M Coupe which is a garage queen but gorgeous, another owns an new M3 coupe so the fiddling is an appreciated distraction when they're bored.

My next door neighbour spent half an hour appreciating the lines of the coupe saying it was a modern classic and never seen one up close.
