The mrs on the other hand is thinking paint thinners at 3am, I'm sure she'll calm down eventually ;-)

What a total asswipe! Well you can roll over and get screwed or go the Small Claims court route.....I'd do the latter every time, why should the ba5tard get away with it? :evil:
 
Well i have applied to the Motor insurance Bureau, maybe i'lll get some joy there... we will see but its in the shop not being fixed, i hope they do a good job or i will be seriously pissed off... blending is the risky bit i suppose!

Don't think the MIB will help as there isn't even a known 3rd party
 
But isn't that always the case with a hit and run though? I did not think they only covered uninsured drivers.
 
Simply put his contact details on here, specify a date you go on holiday in say a years time and I'm sure something might happen to his car.....cough lol
 
Some people have no care for someone elses property. Given that he has sh@t on his own doorstep and doesnt intend to make amends he is best staying away from unless you intend to pursue it legally and properly - else you will be forever looking over your shoulder.

My neighbour once reversed into my bumper on my Z and then went back into her drive and defrosted her rear window. I watched all of this whilst eating my Weetabix! When i went out to my car she waved and drove off. A few choice words in the evening and whilst she wouldn't admit it but agreed to pay !?!

These days I tend to more philosophical and think that they will get their comeuppance by some equal a**hole that they decide to mess with. I would still consider small claims though for the pennies it costs.
