front wheel bearing/hub torque settings

would any one have any idea of the correct wheel bearing/hub front...torque setting my car is a 2003 z4 3.0i ... :driving:
 
My BMW TIS says the main collar nut should be lightly oiled and tightened to 290nm. (2003 3.0i front wheel bearing)

It also states you must not re-use bearings once removed, will need a special tool to tighten the collar nut and have to seal the outer cap with sealing compound. Looking at the job sheet it seems like it's an OK job if you have the correct pullers and tools, otherwise I'm guessing it will be tricky? :|
