Front Suspension replacement?

My car is due its MOT shortly, on its last MOT it had an advisory note for the suspension.

Near and offside front lower suspension arm has slight play in bin/bush and in ball joint.

Chances are it will need doing this MOT and just wondering how much its going to set me back.

Any idea what part needs replacing and how much this costs (plus labour)?

Just found a similar post further down. Stating £120 for the pair?? I've had a look on Real OEM where it looks like they have a guide of $280 dollars each??
 
hey Adam, i'm motor trade (sales manager) myself, own a z4 3.0 si had exact same issue with my car last mot Sept10
absolutely exact same issue as your self, had Febi bilstein arms fitted and had it done by my own business, cost me £400 in total also had tyres and tracking done at same time so total cost was over £700 :?

Which parts needed replacing? going to look at sourcing them myself.

not sure of those parts Adam, it was the suspension arms themselves, I guess there would have been some other bits as well, but i'm no mechanic...! :D
