Slightly different. I think the m3 brace doesn’t allow for the camber pins, but you can modify it for a bit of clearance or remove the pin as far as I remember.

I have no idea. I also have an M3 and replaced it's strut brace so it;s just lying around. I believe it fits the Z4. will put it on and post a pic. Hope you realise these M3 braces are not cheap to buy new...

This is mine with an E46 M3 brace. Just shaved a bit off the camber pins.

Here's the E46 strut brace on my non-M Z - it's about 15-20mm out either end. Aret the strut towers further apart on the M Zed?:



and here's what I replaced it with on the M3 (which was a noticeable improvement - the OEM strut brace is purely for show IMHO):
