Front number plate related thread

The plate sticks the bumper no problem. I've done exactly that on mine.

exactly what I was going for, did you just use number plate tape?

Yes, just some stuff off eBay, black foam tape. It's been on there a couple of years now.

If my previous experience of the dvla is anything to go by it'll be a good few weeks before the number plate can be swapped over need to wait for the logbook to come through in my name before I can even initiate the reg transfer

Ive run with no plate for two years, only one tug and thats when sumone else was driving as I avoid motor ways like the plague of death of the police too, plus i live in the stick so no police around here.
