So new rims are in order, front lip
I am mainly after carbon fiber ones.
What do you guys think of these?

looks good though in my opinion and i reckon they will go well with the bmw carbon fiber hood badge that ill be getting and the black and white wheel centre caps and black rims etc

what do you reckon?

Worked for me.

Looks okay but I'd constantly be worried about ripping it off on a curb or hump. My front bumper already hits the curb in the car park at work and I'm not even lowered. I end up parking too far back sometimes for fear of scraping.

Link works on tapatalk too... Think it looks good but depends on fitment... Could fit badly and look naff!

thing is with carbon as said if the fitment is off you can't play with it like you can with PU or fiber glass. plus if you do damage it its hard to fix and as it has no flex its not very forgiving. but does look good.

Yeh, I will get it installed professionally.

How about this one?

or even this one:

I have not bought anything yet, opinions are welcome. If you have other front lips that you think will look better please suggest as i am researching for now.

Like someone said before I already have some grazing under my front lip and I'm careful these are quite expensive to get ripped off first time you forget it's there and park up somewhere new

Looks ok though

That one is ok too but like i said i was hoping for something carbon fiber. Do you think its too aftermarket looking?

Also its hard to see in the picture of the car but the buttom of the bumper (that small bumper attached to the front bumper, whatever you may call it) has a lot of scratches from the previous owner kerbing it so i need something that would replace it not just stick it to the buttom of it.

What size wheels have you ordered?

I'd just lower it on Eibachs instead of sticking tat to the bumper, as the whole car will look much better for it with the added bonus of improved handling.

The new wheels are already on the car:
front 19x8.5 ET 35 tyre 235-35
Rear 19x9.5 ET 33 tyre 255-30

Lowering the car would deff be the way to go but would probably cost alot more than a front lip, plus here in Australia you cant lower it much legally, not to mention i dont have much room to lower without rubbing issues.

Not gloating, but i'm running wider with no scrubbing (car is also lowered - kw v2's)

Aussie laws for car modding aren't great at best, fully respect all the guys that do though!

What about this one a pre-facelift?

Why not save the cash and upgrade to a facelift bumper or even an M bumper?
