Good for you. Take your time and photo things if not sure. ensure you have a stand under the car not just a jack and you’ll be just fine

Had to go and look what's cj10 was, I used to have a red cj6 once upon a time

A short wheelbase CJ10a converted from military to pickup
350 small block,Atlas transfer case, ARB lockers and a lot of other kit
Fixing it and the TJ Jeep as I constantly break things keeps my mechanical skills alive
it was definitely the caliper, took an hour for caliper and pads, and 30 mins to change the pads on the other side, i was shocked to see how little the pads had worn down considering there was smoke billowing from it and was trying to seize. but its now pulling to the right on braking but i figure its gotta bed the the new pads and upset disk.
