Front fog light - covered by warranty?

I have the same on mine. It has been back to the dealer a couple of times for one inspection or another and each time I mentioned the condensation. I was told that it is a breathable system and that the condensation clears in an acceptable time when the light is on. I ran with the light on and I must admit it did clear. Tends to fog up again with changes in weather though....

Worth a mention to the dealer if it is back there for something else.

Check to see if the breather is ok, normally a rubber tube angled downwards.

I had the same problem with both of mine. I bought mine second hand from BMW Norwich and then took it back to sytner Coventry 8 months later and they replaced both under waranty. Dispite the fact I only complained about one of them. :wink:

If it's within 3 years old they should replace, after 3 years your looking at good will only.
