Front End Creek

Hi guys I have an issue that is becoming a real headache and would love to know what you guys think!
Since May my car a 2021 BMW Z4 M40i has a a mysterious creek coming from the front at low speeds. It only happens when the car has been running for a while and gets worse the hotter the car gets. The low speeds start at about 10km and then when really bad you can hear it at more like 20kmh. When its really bad I can get out of the car and press down on the front to make the same creek sound but I can't really tell where its coming from (maybe behind the engine). I have took it to a bmw specialist to see if the could see anything obvious with the control arms and bushes and they said everything looked fine and looked new. For some reason for about 2 month in June the noise stopped all together. Until one day I noticed it again. I also sprayed the bushes (the ones I can see without lifting the car) with silicone spray and nothing. I also noticed the hood makes a little creek but sprayed that and was quieter but this noise does not seem to be related since I can replicate it with the hood open as well as the hood making its noise even when the car is cold. What do you think and suggest?

Check all the bolts that hold on the alloy strengthening plate under the car are fully tight, just had this on one of our members cars, loose bolts causing the plate to move and creek.

Ahh interesting, I will mention this when I take it in! Thanks!
