front bumper

how easy is it to get a front bumper off?

is there a guide anywhere?

mine looks like some one has machine gunned it and i got a quote for it to be fixed (all the little chips and scrapes) of £150 i si take it off or "200 if they do. money is tight and im not afraid of spanners

Here you go mate, it's not that hard. It's easier if you have someone else to help you lift off and on from the sides.
